Who are we?

DMP & COMPANY ADVOCATES is a law firm registered under the Laws of Tanzania; i.e.THE BUSINESS NAMES (REGISTRATION) ACT [CAP. 213 R.E. 2002] in December 2009. DMP was purposely registered to offer high quality professional legal services in Tanzania. DMP has been very rapidly growing within ARUSHA REGION and outside the boundaries of ARUSHA. DMP provides quality, timely legal services in a high professional manner by meeting clients’ satisfaction. The FIRM has been providing legal services to Local and International clients such as Private Companies, Banks, Financial Institutions, Cooperative Societies, NGO’s, individuals and so forth.

DMP has 8 staff members including, one Managing Partner(ADVOCATE), one Partner ADVOCATE, two Associate ADVOCATES, two Legal Officers and two Office Managers. The FIRM’s staff serve clients professionally and with humble spirit in a wide range of legal services, including Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Labour and Employment Law, Conveyancing, Family Law, Human Rights Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Banking and Finance Law, Environmental Law, Insurance Law, Dispute Resolution, Corporate Law, Business Formation etc.

The FIRM is headed by the very competent, skilled, knowledgeable and experienced advocates who ensure that clients are advised accordingly on their problems/cases and the cases are conducted wisely and diligently ending in a win situation wherever necessary.
